Clean gutters.
Free drone roof check.
We clear your gutters by hand, flush the downspouts and haul the leaves off. While we’re there, we fly a drone over your roof and send you a written photo report the same day. The inspection costs nothing — and if your roof’s fine, we’ll tell you it’s fine.

Gutters cleared
Cleaned out by hand, end to end. Downspouts flushed and flow-checked. Debris bagged and hauled off — nothing left in your beds.
Drone flight
Your whole roof photographed from above by an FAA-certified pilot, using EagleView-certified inspection tech. No one walking on your shingles.
Same-day report
Annotated photos in plain English, dated, yours to keep. Useful for your records — and for an insurance claim if you ever need one.
Meet Elliott.
I flew helicopters for the U.S. Army. In aviation you work the checklist line by line and never sign off on something you wouldn’t stake your name on. I run every roof the same way — and I’ll show you exactly what I found, good or bad.

Straight answers
Why $300 and not the $150 card on my neighbor’s door?
Because you’re getting two services. The cleaning is done right and hauled off, and you get a full drone inspection with a written report. Most gutter-only crews never look at the roof.
What changes the price?
Two stories, a lot of gutter length, or gutters packed solid after a long season can take more time. We confirm the price with you before we start — no surprises on the invoice.
What if you find damage on the roof?
You get the photos and an honest read. A lot of the time the answer is “your roof’s fine.” If it isn’t, we’ll walk you through your options. No pressure, no obligation.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the cleaning. If you’d like to see the drone footage live, pick a time you’re there and we’ll show you on the spot.
Book before the leaves finish falling
Most DFW trees drop through November and into December. Pick a time that works, or call and we’ll find one.
