Why we send you to Google instead of pasting quotes here

Anyone can put glowing five-star quotes on their own website. We could too. The problem: you can’t verify any of them, and the bad reviews never make the cut. So instead of curating, we ask you to read the unfiltered version on our Google Business Profile. Every review is dated, attached to a real reviewer profile, and shows the response (or non-response) from us.

What to look for when you read any roofer’s reviews

Specific job details. Generic “great service!” reviews are easy to fake. Reviews that mention the city, the storm, the materials, or the adjuster meeting are real homeowners.

How they handle the bad ones. Every roofer has a difficult job somewhere. The question is whether the company shows up in the response, owns the issue, and explains the resolution — or whether they argue with the customer in public.

A growing count, not a frozen one. A profile with 200 reviews from three years ago and nothing since is a different story than one growing month over month.

After we work on your roof, we ask

If we did the job right, an honest Google review is the most useful thing you can give us — both for the next homeowner trying to vet a roofer, and for us. We don’t offer gift cards, discounts, or anything else for reviews. Just a polite ask after we’ve handed off the final invoice and the warranty paperwork.
