These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of texanroofworks.com (the “Website”) and any services provided by Texan Roofworks (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our Website, requesting a quote or inspection, or engaging us for roofing services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
1. About Texan Roofworks
Texan Roofworks is a Texas-licensed, veteran-owned and woman-owned residential roofing company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We specialize in hail and storm damage repair, roof replacement, AI drone roof inspections, and insurance claim assistance.

2. Use of the Website
You may use our Website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to inquiring about or engaging our roofing services. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any related accounts, computer systems, or networks
Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Website without written permission
Submit false or misleading information through any contact or booking form
Impersonate another person or entity

We may suspend or revoke your access to the Website at any time for violation of these Terms.
3. Estimates, Quotes, and Inspections
Free inspections. We offer free roof inspections to homeowners in our service area. An inspection is an evaluation only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for roofing work.
Estimates. Written estimates we provide are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection and may be revised if additional damage or required work is discovered during the project. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, scope changes, and code requirements.
Booking. Scheduling an inspection or consultation through our Website, phone, or in-person request does not create a binding contract for roofing work. A binding contract is created only upon execution of a written services agreement signed by both parties.
4. Roofing Services
All roofing work performed by Texan Roofworks is governed by a separate written services agreement that you and we sign. That agreement controls the specific scope of work, pricing, payment terms, schedule, warranty, and all other project-specific terms. These Website Terms do not replace or override the services agreement.
5. Insurance Claims
Texan Roofworks is a roofing contractor and does NOT act as a public insurance adjuster, attorney, or agent of your insurance company. We do not negotiate claim settlements on your behalf. We can:
Document storm or hail damage with photos, drone imagery, and written assessments
Coordinate with your assigned adjuster to walk through observed damage
Provide repair or replacement estimates that meet your insurance carrier’s specifications
We do not:
File claims on your behalf without your direct involvement and signed authorization
Guarantee any specific claim outcome, settlement amount, or coverage decision
Act as your representative in disputes with your insurance carrier
For complex claim disputes, we recommend engaging a licensed Texas Public Insurance Adjuster.
6. SMS Text Messaging Terms
This section governs your participation in our SMS messaging program.
Opt-in. By providing your phone number through (a) the contact form at texanroofworks.com/contact/ with the SMS consent box checked, (b) verbal consent during an in-person consultation, or (c) verbal consent during a phone call, you agree to receive text messages from Texan Roofworks.
Message types. Our messages include appointment confirmations, project status updates, estimate notifications, and seasonal maintenance reminders. Occasional promotional messages may also be sent if you have opted into marketing communications.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on whether you have an active project — typically 1 to 5 messages per month per customer.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers. Supported wireless carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers operating in Texas.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging in order to purchase any goods or services from us.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, photos, drone imagery, the “Texan Roofworks” name and brand, designs, and code — is owned by Texan Roofworks or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or republish any of this content without our prior written permission.
You may share links to our Website on social media or in personal communications, and you may print Website content for your own non-commercial reference.
8. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content to us through the Website, social media, or email, you grant Texan Roofworks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that the content is your own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

This disclaimer does not apply to the workmanship warranty or other warranties expressly provided in a signed services agreement for roofing work.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXAN ROOFWORKS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH US PRIOR TO ENGAGING US UNDER A SIGNED SERVICES AGREEMENT.
For any claim arising from your use of the Website (excluding claims arising from a signed services agreement, which are governed by that agreement), our total liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or violations of consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texan Roofworks, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by a banner on the Website or, where required by law, by direct notice to you. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
